Walker Excited to be a Chippewa

Drew Walker		By Thomas W. Mehl Date: Sep 17, 2003 Port Clinton (Ohio) High School basketball star Drew Walker (7-1, 265) finally received the phone call he'd been waiting for Monday night. On the other end of the line was Central Michigan University Basketball Head Coach Jay Smith. He offered Walker a scholarship and the big center gave the Chippewas his verbal commitment. Walker talked about his decision with Chippewas Insider.
