MOUNT PLEASANT - Former Central Michigan offensive lineman Andrew Hartline will compete in the Texas vs. the Nation All-Star Challenge on Saturday.

The all-star game kicks off at 3 p.m. Eastern Time at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas. CBS College Sports (formerly CSTV) will televise the contest.

The game pits a team of all-stars originally from Texas or who attended college in Texas against a team representing the rest of the country. Hartline, a native of Baroda, Mich., will line up for the Nation team.

Hartline started each of Central Michigan University's 52 games from 2005-08. He started all 25 games at right tackle in 2005 and 2006 before moving to left tackle for the 2007 and 2008 seasons.

A co-captain for the 2008 squad, Hartline was an All-Mid-American Conference first team selection as a senior. He earned All-MAC second team accolades in 2006 and 2007.

Hartline also was a three-time Academic All-MAC selection during his collegiate career.
